NC State SUTA rate shows last years rate

I am running the latest version as of 4/1/09 and have changed my SUTA rate from 5.4% (last years rate for me) to 3.6% but when I print the tax liability report is still shows 5.4%
Any suggestions?

I'm guessing that you have it in the Company Override in the company settings and changed it in the tax tables which is being overrode. Or you entered it in the company override but did not check the checkbox to use the override.

Attached is a screenshot of how my company override is set as an example of proper settings that never need to be changed when upgrading.
