what is the difference between the Tax Tables
California Low Income Employees and California Standard Employees ? How can I determine which one I have to select ?

That I don't have the answer to. We just provide the tax tables that we get from the states. I'd suggest that you could call the state office for state withholding or your accountant to see when or under what conditions where you would use the low income tax tables.
