2009 941 Sick Pay Error

I printed the first quarter 941 form and found a number printed in Box 7b - Sick Pay. The number is the same amount that is printed in box 7a - fractions of cents, and there should not be anything in 7b (we don't use sick pay). Also, there is no total in box 7d.
