View Full Version : Installed update and now PASSWORD is incorrect!

I am in the middle of doing payroll and needing to print my 941 quarterly. I realized the 941 was showing 2008 which reminded me I needed to run updates. I ran the update checker from Help and did everything as I normally would. When the program was started and the password box came up, the first thing I noticed was that the icon was different. I went ahead and typed in my password and it repeatedly says "type a correct password" as if my password has been changed.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Just send an email to support@zpay.com to get your password reset. We have a higher encryption in the new compiler and it cannot read the old passwords.
