I just printed the 1st quarter 941 report; however, there appears to be a minor error.

Line 7a - current quarter's fractions of cents - correct
Line 7b - current quarter's sick pay - incorrect
has picked up the same amount from line 7a
Line 7d - total adjustments - incorrect
does not pick up the total from line 7a

Actually if you read the instructions for the 941 Form:

7b. Current quarter’s sick pay. Enter the adjustment for the employee share of social security and Medicare taxes that were withheld by your third-party sick pay payer.

So this is not something that we track, if you have a third party sick payer that collected taxes, you would edit the form to reflect the information.
