Update

I wanted to update my Paywindow and it down loaded the update than when
it started to install the update a error come up indicating that I needed Windows NT or higher and it stopped the installation. I have windows XP on my computer so I do not know why it stopped installing.
I went to tutorial previously and ever since it has been giving me problems like an error about the old database and does not let me into the program.

Can some one help me? where can I find service pak 3?

You just need Windows 2000 with Service Pack 3 or newer. XP is newer and it should install fine.

The developers told me there is NO restriction for XP unless you are running in emulation mode.

Are you sure it is XP and not 98 or ME? Right click on "My Computer" and see what you get for version and service pack info.
