reconfiguring setup

In the initial setup, the admin specifies who will use the app, whether or not the db is accessible. Something has happened and only one user can access the db at a time now. How do I find that configuration menu again?

I'm assuming you have PayWindow setup on different computers with your database on one of them?

If so the database should be in a public folder similar to what you see in the TCW FAQ for networking at:

http://zpay.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2060

And of course you have allowed file sharing in Windows for the public folder.
