Paul.
Is there any way to print more than one check per employee per day? I know the program is date sensitive and all, but I have bonuses that need to be printed without payroll, but on the same date? Any suggestions?

Also, I am going to run my tax update after our last payroll of the month (which is on the 27th), I shouldn't have any problem because my employer wanted to wait until April 1.

Thank you,
Linda

No, since PayWindow is designed to put regular pay, bonuses, sick, holiday, etc., all in one check, you cannot have more than one check per employee per pay date.

If you insist on using a separate check, you would need to change the date and run a separate payroll for those checks.

There penalty is for not using the new tax tables before the deadline of April 1st. The employees will get the extra taxes they are paying now back at the end of the year when they file.

As long as we update before April 1, we are okay, correct?

It is mandatory by April 1st right?

Thank you,

Linda

Correct. The only people being hurt when these retroactive tax breaks are not implemented like the IRS said "as soon as possible", are the employees which need extra money now, not next April after they get a tax refund. :(

Paul,

I understand. So much is out of our control.
Thank you for all your help.
