2009 941 will not display

I have updated to newest version of Pay Window and have newest version of Adobe. When I try to view the 941 form it will save the file but will not display the form. I can go into the folder and find the file and it will open and display, but not through Pay Window.

It sounds like Adobe Acrobat is now automatically loading after the PDF file is saved with your information. Most probable cause is an incorrect configuration with Adobe Acrobat as PayWindow does not display the 941 form, Adobe Acrobat does.

Try reinstalling Adobe Acrobat to see if that automatically fixes the configuration problem. If it does not, you can always simply pen Adobe Acrobat and locate and open the saved 941 form that PayWindow saved for you.
