I have a couple of questions - First, it is sometimes necessary to input income for someone - for example a minister or for military pay. I do not see how to enter those amounts so that they print in Box 12 of the W-2 and so that a "code" can be printed along with it.

Secondly, I do not see a category for Health Insurance payments - that need to have Fed tax withheld but not FICA/Med tax.

Is there a place where I need to set those categories up? that I haven't found yet? do you have a tutorial about these tyes of payments that I can watch. I've looked at the help index and don't find anything about these issues.

Thanks,

PayWindow does not have support for any other pay types than you see. And we do not have any "non-taxable" pay types.

What many users are doing is to set up a deduction like we show in our example company database which is for Auto Reimbursement. And then what they do is after calculating the pay, enter the dollar amount as a negative in that deduction like -100.00 and press the Tab key to recalculate the net pay. You can select the box on the W2 for that to appear in and this year we will have a W2 Editor in the program for editing before printing the W2's.

For deductions thgat are non-taxable, (NOT what I mentioned above) see the tutorial "How to setup and use non-taxable deductions" at http://zpay.com/help.
