When I go to Payroll update in the program help menu, it asks me to check for updates. I tick that option and get the message '01/01/2009' is not a valid date. My calendar date is set for 3/6/09 for this weeks payroll. How do I get the update?

Not sure where that is coming from as no one else has reported it and I have not been able to replicate it here.

I'd suggest going to our download page and use the PayWindow download link on that page and download and install it.

I got around that problem by rebooting the program, Now it won't recognize any passwords. I've tried the usual password, the registration code from the invoice, and the tax table update password. What now?

You browse the recent messages as this is a known problem because of the major complier update and you need to email us like we show in this message thread right under your post:
