Setting up new company

I'm looking at the demo version of PayWindow. When I try to create a new company, it won't accept the file name, and won't save it. I'm getting a message that "Your datafile is read-only". Is this only in the demo version, or am I doing something wrong?

We hope to have that fixed before the day is out. We added code to test for files marked read only but never tried creating a new company file after adding that code. Thanks for reporting the problem, I'll post a new reply here after we get the new download on the website.

OK, we fixed the problem that was injected into build 7.0.14 where you could not create a new company file. See the changed to 7.0.15 here:

If you have 7.0.14 installed, make sure you grab this new build or newer.
