A Small Suggestion....

We use the PayWindow report "Employer's Payroll Total Report (Federal)" when making our required federal tax deposits via the IRS's EFTPS website.

The EFTPS entry screens ask for the total payment amount and the sub amounts in the following order:

Total
FICA
Medicare
Federal Tax

The PayWindow report lists them in a slightly different order:

Total
Federal Tax
FICA
Medicare

Changing the PayWindow report to order those items the same as they're being asked for on the EFTPS entry screens would reduce the chances for an entry error. (DAMHIKT)

We are in the process of moving PayWindow from the 2002 Delphi compiler which we were forced to keep using because of Windows 95/98/ME compatibility to the current Delphi 2009 compiler. I added your suggestion to the list of things to do in this conversion.

I will be converting to the Fed EFTPS as well, so I will be in same situation.

This was changed in the current download of PayWindow. Click Help, Updates and Check for Updates and download and install the "Program" update.
