When I try to do the tax table update it is asking for a password. I tried my password I use to enter the program but it didn't work. Am I doing the update incorrectly somehow? What password is the program looking for?

It is the "Tax Table Update Password" found on the Invoice that was emailed to you from sales as well as in with the CD that was shipped to you.

I'm having the same problem, and I was able to find and try the password supplied when I subscribed to the 2009 program. Any other suggestions?

I have to assume that you did not click the link in the reply that you tagged on to here. It takes you to instructions on how to get the original receipt resent to you in email.

I have my original receipt with the tax tables update password and I've tried that password several times but no luck. At your suggestion I've also sent a message to sales@zpay.com asking for another copy of the original receipt but I'm not sure what will be different on that receipt.

I'm starting to wonder if we are mixing up what password you are having a problem with. If it is the password required to download and install the tax table update, that will be sent to you from sales.

However if it is the program password, you need to email me with your information so I can verify you in the database and email you instructions on how to reset the password in PayWindow. Email, not in the public forum.

After installing the update for the 2009 941, I am having the same problem with the password. I first tried the Tax table update password from my receipt e-mail, and then tried the Co. password. It locked me out after 3 or 4 attempts.

I have sent an email to the address listed above to reset my password. I just thought you might want to know that more people are experiencing the same problem pbean

We know and that is why we ask you to email us so we can give you a tool to reset the password. Porting PayWindow over to the new compiler broke the old passwords because of a higher encryption level.

If you emailed us, after I get through with the questions here this morning, I will send you the tool.
