PayWindow default data directory will not change.

I have used Tools> Data and tax table location> Setup default data directory for PayWindow data files(*.dxi): to set the data directory to the 'common' folder for XP, the confirmation screen shows it set to the common folder, but on the opening screen in PayWindow it is set to my 'user' folder.

I have tried the other options in the tax table maintenance window, with the same results. How can I get the tax tables and the default data folder to be in the same place?

Copy all of the files from the local folder to the common folder and then delete the local folder and start up PayWindow, that should fix the problem.
