errors with printing

Dear Zpay,

I use a Canon laser printer to print my reports. However, I have been getting error reports when I try to print with this printer, and blank sheets are sent out, with nothing printed on them. Is there a way I can delete and reinstall the printer for Zpay, without actually deleting the printer off my computer? Also, after I try to use this printer, I get an error message when I logout.

The only way would be to delete it and then reinstall it. Preferably from their website with the newest drivers.
