4th Quarter Last year

What is the purpose of the date change under tools that says "4th Quarter Last Year"?
All I can see to do is print mail labels for active employees. Thanks.

That changes the date to 12/31/"Last Year" for those that did not complete the end of year reports and have not run the end of year tool.

If you ran the end of year tool there would be no data for that date to print.
