How do I add an amount to an employees W-2? I need to add the amount paid for health insurance to one employee. This was not paid through payroll, but it needs to be shown as additional taxable income (but not for FICA or Medicare).any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

You will need to create a W2 and your W3 manually for that as we do not have a method to edit the W2's. This is a feature (editing W2's) we are going to add for the end of this year.
