Custom reports using Vista Ultimate

When trying to create a custom report using the vista ultimate OS, after selecting PRINT PREVIEW we are getting a message 'unsupported FRF format', I click OK, then the same message appears, click OK, and I get the message 'invalid floating point operation'. No report is generated. Using Report Center we get the same FRF message but after clicking OK the report comes up. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to fix this situation?

The unsupported FRF form error on the last three cases have all turned out to be new computers with printers plugged in but did not have the 64 bit printer drivers installed.

See if you can get the current 64 bit drivers from the printer manufacturers website and install them.
