I was preparing to print my W2s when I realized I needed to adjust the total for the health savings account deferrals to include our employer contribution (which was done outside of payroll). Is there a way to adjust the total deduction for health savings account to include this additional contribution. Even though it was not an EE deferral, it is apparently still supposed to be included in the Box 12 deduction total for HSA. If I can't adjust the total contribution, do I have any other option other than manually typing the W2s?

There is no way to edit the W2's in PayWindow before printing them. We are working on a tool that will allow this type of activity but it will be out for the end of 2009. The only option is to manually create that W2.

We are changing to an HSA as of 9/1/2009, I see how to report the employee contributions each pay period. We will also make employer contributions each pay period, is there a way to record these amounts so that the payments will be reported on W-2 in box 12?

Just by using the new W2 Form editor at the end of the year Ken like I said in my lat reply in this message thread.
