940 Printing Problem

I could not get 2008 info to print when I still had 2008 on my system even useing the directions with the 1/05/09 email. It came up with the 2007 Info.

So I installed my 2008 Disk. Now it just pulls up a totally blank form with the 2008 date on top.

I understand that I can type in the info from my records, but shouldn't one of the two have worked?

First make sure that you have downloaded and installed the latest version from our website. Not, from the CD as you need the latest with the new date picking changes that we added as well as the 2008 940 Form.
