W-2 print error

I have updated to 2009 version and wanted to run my W-2's prior to doing year end and first payroll. I am getting a message "List index out of bounds (0)" after I clidk my Print Now button. Where is the problem?

That's a No Data Available message.

Did you set the date to 12/31/2008 before attempting to print?

I just verified it as I ran an end of year routine which deleted all dfata and I tried the Print Now button and get that error after selecting the printer and clicking OK.

So if you have not run the end of year tool, you are OK if you select the last day of last year for the date in PayWindow. If you did run the end of year tool, you will need to restore that last payroll backup and then print the W2's.
