W-2 Disability pay

One of my employees collected New york State Disability payments. The NYS Insurance Fund sent me a letter stating that I am to report these on either a W-2 or separate W-2, indicating that it is a Third Party Sick Pay. How do I do this?

You would need to create a W2 by hand for that as we do not support 3rd party payments.

When I do my W-3, do I make out two separate ones or add your zpay information in with the third party payments and do this by hand?
