i have not "closed out" 2008...
i have 7.06 with the 2009 tax tables...

i am trying to print 940...

i have set the "report date" to dec-31-2008... and the report year to 2008...

when i print 940, lines 13 thru 17 are blank...

also, my information for Part 7 is blank...

please help ... - sudhir

We do not keep track of what you paid, so we do not fill in those items.

You are expected to pay what is shown as your liabilities from the employer's report during the year and that matches what we shown on line 17.

Since this is an Adobe Acrobat form *you* can type in what yopu paid and if it does not match with line 17, like if you did not make the last payment, you would enter the information as such.

The same goes for part 7, *you* type that part in before printing.
