I upgraded today, tried to download the 2009. Everytime I try to download it up pops a box saying that and error has occurred while trying to replace existing file DeletFile failed: code 5 Access is denied. I have my registration code etc, but I cannot download the 2009 program. HELP!! Please, tomorrow is payroll. Thanks

Code 5 is a message from Windows that tells us you are trying to replace a file that is presently "locked" by Windows.
It may be that PayWindow was running while trying to install the upgrade. So make sure that you've closed down all programs before running the setup package.
