I just downloaded 2009 upgrade and am getting several error mesages like Access violation at address BFF6BB07 IN MODULEkernel32.DLL'.Write of address 0000000 Access violation at address 0247CBC3. Read of address FFFFFFFF and Control"has no parent window

You are running an old Windows 95, 98 or ME computer and it does not have enough resources to run PayWindow without some coaxing on your part. See this FAQ:
