W2 Printing

A print preview of the 3 up and 4 up W2's show 3 and 4 W2 copies on a page for each employee. A print preview of the 2 up W2 however only shows 1 copy of employee on a page, I was expecting two W2 copies per page, is this correct?

No the 2-up W2 Forms come in sets sort of purchases ala carte for your needs.

The "Red" set for the IRS, the Employee copy, the state copy, whatever your needs are and they print two employees per "page" and the pages are perforated and you need to collate the sets after printing too.

The 2-up is the most often used since it fits any companies needs where the 3-up and 4-up do not have the copy needed to send to the IRS and are used for those that file electronically with programs like MAG-Filer shown on our partners page for companies with over 200 employees.
