View Full Version : 2008 W3 & 1096 Form Margins won't adjust?

Finished off our last payroll of the year and decided to get a jump on the W2s and 1099s. Installed Paywindow 2009 ver 7.0.3 and printed W2s and 1099s fine after adjusting side and top margins and distance between forms.

But when I went to print the W3 form, changes to the margin settings didn't seem to do anything. Same with the 1096 form, changing margins doesn't do anything for the print location on that form either.

Using WIN-XP BTW.

I'm not sure Jeff, but I swear you asked this last year too. Look at the image below, you need to have matching margin adjustments for the item selected to be printed. This is the W2/W3 print setup but it is the same principle on the 1099/1096 forms.

No, I think it was another stooopid question I asked last, I seem to remember it was asking why a salaried employee's net pay changed by a small amount around mid year but her gross pay per payroll hadn't changed.

Too bad those red arrows in your reply don't appear on the screen when I'm using the program. <G>

Happy New Year!
