Dear Paul,

We are getting excited about printing out W2's without the aid of our previous dos programmer.

I want to know how we can go about tying 2 computers together so that if one is updated, the other one is updated automatically, one of our older computers is being replaced. It will also have VISTA, but there won't be a problem with zpay, correct?

Please tell me what screen I need to go to to Map???? :mrgreen:

I would put the company database on the new Vista machine in a sub-folder of the Public Documents folder. That way you can access it from a networked computer as well as the Vista machine.

On the Vista machine if you use the Windows file explorer by selecting Network, then the Vista Machines name, then the Public folder and create a folder named "PayWindow Data Files" and put a copy of the company file in that new folder. Then install PayWindow on that new computer and use the File Open Company to locate that folder and your file and open it. And then do the same on your older computer by locating the new Vista computer through the Network and down to the folder and your company file.
