I need help on the upgrade. I cannot access my payroll records, do I need to restore to my last backup? We pay every week, so we need to get this fixed ASAP.....

Updates, Upgrades, re installations, nothing we do will ever remove your data. You just need to use the menu selection "File" and then "Open Company" and locate and open your company file.

You can also use the Company Organizer under the File menu to search your hard drive for any and all PayWindow data files and select your company file and open it that way too.

thank you, thank you. It is very soothing to find out that NOTHING I do could damage the payroll files.
