Back up question

we started using Zpay around April of this year
we always backup our work after every pay period using a Zip250MB disk
i.e. use BACKUP in Zpay to backup to Drive C
Go to My Computer, Drive C and locate the Zipped file, then Send to Compressed Folder
Go to Drive "E" and review to see if the backup copy is there

question:
unable to backup to the existing disk or open the files from the disk last week
have to use a new Zip 250MB disk to backup
will this disk contain all the info we input in Zpay

It sounds like the ZIP drive is bad if suddenly it is not working. If the hardware has died, you might want to start using a USB memory stick as you can get a gigabyte for under $15 now days.

Yes, backups only save up to the date of the backup, what is on your computer is current up to the current time.
