Dear Paul,

After talking to you on the telephone, I just want to make sure I understood you correctly. I do understand the program is date sensitive.

You told me that we could date our checks in the future, correct?

If my boss is going out of town, he can run payroll and print checks with a future date, right?
Or if he wants to run payroll and Xmas bonuses separately, he could date the payroll with today's date and the bonuses with tomorrow's date, but actually print everything, today?

Thank you,
Linda

Yes, if you want to run payroll today and print checks next week, set the date for that next week date before performing payroll and then do your thing. :D

Paul,

Can he date payroll for next week or even tomorrow, but print next week's transaction tomorrow?

Can he run a "future payroll, including printing checks, today?

EXAMPLE: Payroll abd Check dated 12/25, but actually PRINT it today,
12/11?

Thanks again,
Linda

When you start PayWindow, you set the date that you want to be on the checks.

IT MUST BE THE SAME DATE AS THE PAYROLL TRANSACTIONS.

So after starting PayWindow, enter the date like a week from today if you want, perform your payroll and print the checks.

Remember, you can only print checks where the transactions match the date that you have set in PayWindow.
