Is there a "step by step" instruction page for year end things to do?
First, I need to purchase the update???
Second, update???
Where do I go to find out about purchasing my W-2's?
By the way, my boss and his wife LOVE the program. We have not had any type of problem!!! Knock on wood. It is fast, reports are clean and I agree with you, the reports pretty much print what is needed. With California, I need to create a state report, monthly, but it isn't a problem.
In the past, my boss has used a program (dos based). If there was a problem during the year or when we would print W-2's, the printer would need to be aligned to the new form, test print, etc, etc. The programmer would charge by the hour and it wasn't cheap.
This will be the first year we will not be calling the dos programmer. I want to do everything possible to make the new program (yours) go smoothly. Any info or heads up, before year end from anyone, would be greatly appreciated.
