Backup Failures

Dear ZPay:
I am having trouble creating a backup of ZPAY that I want to put on my portable harddrive.
My goal is to leave for vacation and create the year end W2's and tax info AWAY from the office. I want to take the up to date info and use it on another computer. I realize I will need to load the software in another computer, but I can not even get ZPAY to BACKUP as the Zip file!

WHY WILL ZPAY NOT PERORM A BACKUP!!!

If you are attempting to backup to a CD or DCD, Windows will not allow us to create a ZIP file on that type of media.

If you really want to use a CD or DVD, backup to the desktop and the copy the result to a ZIP file. I personally find the removable USB memory sticks the best choice as it is removable and can be used on any computer with a USB port.
