Dear Paul,

We have had two payrolls using your program and everything seems to be working well. Thank you.

Our fiscal yr. end is March 31., nothing to do as far as payroll reports, however, through the advise of of their accountant they write their paychecks through August. This means that in the month of March, we need to run 20 semi monthly checks, 9 IRAS, 10 monthly checks all at the end of March. Is the only way to do this by changing the check dates or can we issue more than one check to the same person on the same day? For example, can I write 10 checks to Mr. Tolle for his salary using the same date? I believe you told me I had to use different dates, correct?

You are only able to print one check per employee per pay date. So yes, you would need to set the date, run a payroll including printing reports and then change the date and repeat as needed.
