Another question, our company pays a different rate for vacation. Is it best to just enter the dollar amount for the vacation to be paid on the same check?

Just enter the hours for vacation and manually enter the vacation dollar amount that you want to pay. This is a first I've ever heard of paying a different rate for vacation. But I just tested that method and it seems to work OK.
