I need to know how to back up our payroll onto cd, which by the way ran VERY WELL!!!!!!!!

You cannot create a ZIP file on a CD which bis what we use to backup the data. If you insist on using a CD, the only way is to backup to your desktop and then copy the file to a CD. But to restore from a CD will be a nightmare since because CD's store them as "read only" and thus will not allow PayWindow to restore from a CD either.
