I'm noticing that this report is giving me the same total for 3 quarters on the Y.T.D. My 1st Quarter 3 month total line should read 560 hours and it reads 1600. Then the 2nd Quarter 3 month total still reads 1600 and it should only be 1040. The same Y.T.D. total of 1600 is on the 3rd Quarter also. Y.T.D. should actually be 1600 by the 3rd Quarter.
I'm putting in the last payroll date for each quarter and asking for just that 3 month info.
Maybe the program won't break it out but is giving me the Y.T.D. total as of today??
I was hoping I could go back and bring up reports I hadn't printed at the time of the work in order to be ready for an audit. The only number wrong is the Y.T.D. Thank you for the help.
