Need to setup new Company

Paul,

Please help me. I am going to have to set up an additional company and separate out our 941 employees. It will be easier for the owners to prepare taxes and less confusion if reports do not need to be filtered.

Please advise me on the best way to do this. We will only have 6 employees for 941.

This is a family owned business. The mom does the payroll taxes and such and the wife does all of the other financial stuff. If will be easier for the mom as she doesn't really trust computers. I will scan the reports and email them to you from home (thenightflier@verizon.net), but I need to get started on the new company today.

You can setup as many company files as you need. Do it just like the one you already setup when you followed the Tutorial on how to create a company file.
