I am trying to set up WA state L & I deductions...but cannot seem to find a place to enter the info. I have been through the tutorial and read for hours on the forums. I need to base the calculation on the number of hours an employee works...not on the gross wages. There has to be some way to do this....HELP....I am going nuts!!
Thanks, Lynn:confused:

It should already be set up for you. You should just need to enter your W/C rate.
If you look at this FAQ:
http://zpay.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=500
It is set up in the State II Tab of the Washington State tax record. Yours will be the opposite of the normal example as we have already selected W/C and Calc Hours worked by Amount.
Also there was a READ THIS FIRST when installing and the important part for WA was:
WA - Washington state has a Workman's Comp deduction that is based on
hours worked. When paying Salaried employees, use the "Details I" tab
to enter the hours worked by the salaried employees to calculate the
Workman's Comp Tax.
