Dear Paul,
Have entered all employees and all YTD totals. The report looks REALLY cool.
Now I need to find out how I can print only 943 employees, gross wages, gross SIT, social security number, etc., same with the 941. Any suggestions?
I have been looking for a report that would show just my 943 emps and 941 emps.
Also, on our Notice of Contribution Rates from EDD, there is nothing regarding SUTA, only SUI, with a rate of 2.4%, not 3.4% the computer has entered. I need to change the wording and the rate. I guess that would be "override" correct?
Linda
PS This is so exciting!

There is no report that separates them with the exception of the 941 form and the 943 form. The 80 Column report displays them all and if you set them up with different groups of employee ID's you could then filter the reports. But that would have to have been done before paying and entering any data.
Example, all regular employees 100 through 199 and all 943 employees 200 through 299.

See this FAQ for where you would enter your percentages:

I'm not sure what you are referring to about wording here? We do not do any state reports, we give you the numbers you need in our generic reports. And then you move the numbers manually to the State reports. However I seem to recall that you are in California and DGR Software's add on prints all California State Reports on plain paper for you which takes no brain effort on your part as it is automated by their software.

Actually on the "Quarterly Totals for Tax Reporting (Standard)" in PayWindow the report shows SUTA (Employer) on the report. and that report shows 3.4%. I am a little (maybe a lot) confused as our "Notice of Contribution Rates" from EDD does not show "a" SUTA @3.4%, but SUI at 2.4%. I guess I am the one confused. Can you clarify please?
Thank you,
Linda

The SUTA rates we have are those for a new employer. Each company is different and your state tells you what your contribution is. You will need to get the rates from your accountant or direct from the state for the SUTA and other similar taxes as shown in the FAQ I pointed out.
