California Local Taxes

We have updated the ZPAY as well as the taxes. I am a little confused about the "Local Taxes". Where would I look to double check the percentages? State is fine, Fed is fine. Just need to double check.

Are you sure you have a local tax as I've never heard of any local taxes in California.
