Dear Mr. Mayer,

Thank you for helping us so much today. I have a question on the reports.

California is such a pain, but one of our reports is called "Employer's Monthly Contribution" report and the other is called "Employer's Quarterly Contribution"

Monthly is 1/2 page, left side lists the name and the right side lists the dollar amounts.
1. Total wages 52900.34
2. Less wages paid in Excess 0.00
3. Wages subject to Contribution 52900.34
4. Contribution 1163.80
5. Credit Memo No. Deduct 0.00
6. Interest 0.00
7. Penalty 0.00

Total amount due 1163.80

9. FUTA Liability this Month 529.00
10. T.T. Total 529.00

This report during the beginning of the year is high. As people reach their "$7,000.00" limit, it (contribution) decreases. Does ZPAY have a report like this?

The second report is the quarterly. 4 cplumns

1st column employees socoal sec#
2nd column Employees name
3rd column gross wages
4th column state withholding withheld

Totals at the bottom

If ZPAY doesn't have this report, can it be created in Custom Reports? Or can the information be exported to excel and then printed?

Thank you,
Linda

The information that you need is in the Employer's Totals report under Period Reports.

But even more convenient for you being in California is the add on that prints state reports on plain paper from DGR Software. California is one of the states that they support.
