Does paywindow have a simple 941 deposit report? Report shows fed w/h Fica & medicare amounts (monthly) - and a total to deposit . our old payroll system had it & eliminated a lot of errors

Yes it is one of two reports that you should print each pay day and is called the Employer's Totals report. It gives you all of your tax liabilities for the Period, MTD, QTD and YTD.
