I'm using the evaluation version, trying to find out if it will fit my company's needs, before purchase. I've seen what the check and stub is supposed to look like but that's not what I'm getting. I did a test with one employee, with hourly rates, but when I print the check, the company name does not appear on the paystub like your example shows. How do I get the company name to print on the stub?
Also why do you have all the dept's showing on the stub (Reg rate, reg Hrs etc. has 4 extra for the dept's.) Years ago I used your software and it didn't have these dept's, it only had the employee's dept(one line). Is there a way to omit the 4 extra dept's?

Years ago we didn't support multiple departments like we do now. Unfortunately the printing tools do not allow to omit items not used.

The company name is pre-printed on the checks themselves along with the bank routing and account information. If you select Help and then Ordering Forms, you will see the checks we support and an order phone number as well.
