Question -
At the end of the quarter, when I was creating my 941's, the program didn't give me the option to switch the choice to say that this client is making payments toward this tax now.
Is there a place in the set up so I can switch this client to being someone who pays by EFTPS ?
Thank you in advance for a fast answer,
I love Zpay,
Diane

What opens is an Adobe Acrobat form from the IRS, you can edit the entire form if needed so you have the freedom to change whatever you need to change Diane.

well...
When I was changing the 941 form from the box that says "Less than $2,500" to the box that I wanted, which was "Monthly Depositor"
it wouldn't let me do it. It wouldn't let me continue filling out the form until I had gone back and switched it back to "Less than $2,500.
So I thought it was due to my original set up of the Company needeing to be changed, and so I was looking there to find a way to switch it.
I think I figured it out.
I had to do the 941 at the end of June with the selection "Less than $2,500"
b/c it wouldn't let me change it, but for this next quarter I can change it now.
So I went to the program and
I put in the date of July 1, to get into the new quarter. Then I went to Tax Reports, and I went to 941, and there my choices were, so I switched it to "Monthly Depositor", and saved it.
Is that all I needed to do so that at the end of Sept my 941 form will let me have the selection "Monthly Depositer" b/c it was already selected in my set up for that Co ?
Thank you Paul,
Diane

Are you running version 6.0.14? A Windows update broke some of the data entry objects in PayWindow 6.0.13 and older and it was fixed in 6.0.14. Use the Help, Update and Check for Updates menu selections in PayWindow to insure you have the latest version installed.
