NEED HELP... Program Won't Open

I'm not sure how you get help after you purchase this program and this is the only thing I could find. So, HOPEFULLY some knows the answer.

I opened the program today on my computer and a dialog box popped up that said I had to download the tax tables again. So, I started clicking next, etc. After I confirmed the location for the file to save, the program just closed. I tried numerous times. Then, I tried to hit cancel on the dialog box and the program closed.

So, at this point I can't get into the program at all... and I have no idea who you call for help :confused: So, if you have any idea how to solve this or if program administer read this forum, then please respond ASAP... I need to do payroll today.

If you never ran the setup (installer) after the download, my guess is that you had a memory problem and restarting the computer would have taken care of that.

Also if you are not in Maryland and none of your employees earn over a million dollars, you don't need that tax update. This is why we list the changes on the website.
