How do I assign general ledger account

Is there a way to assign gl accounts to the various p/r expenses and related liabilities that are generated through pay window?

If so can this info be imported to Shepherd's Staff Software?

Sorry for the delay but our Internet has been down the last few days.

You need to contact the Shepard's Staff folks on their import tool as we don't know anything about it.

The only way to break down the pay is by the Departments, and then you need to ask them as well if they break it down by departments.
