Direct Deposit

I have set up all account numbers for ACH Direct Deposit and exported the info. into an ACH file. I called the bank and asked them the procedure for transferring that ACH file to them so my employee can have their paycheck deposited. They said all they could give me was the member account number and routing number for the bank. They are not the provider, just the receiver. What do I need to do to make this work?

If your bank is not a processor, then you would need to change banks to one that is or pay a clearing house to do it which is generally a hefty fee compared to what banks change. Some are free and others charge.
