I am currently running Paywindow on Windows XP - I am buying a new computer that has Windows Vista - do I need to Uninstall Paywindow - or just reinstall form my CD and do I need to do anything different for it to run under Windows Vista instead of XP

The best bet is to download and install the newest from the web since most of the recent changes all had to do with Vista compatibility. Then enter your registration name and code from your 2008 receipt.

The next step is to make a backup of your company file on the old computer and restore it to the new computer.
